Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 5 to 9 business days
International: 7 to 12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 days to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Paws Organica is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at trisha@pawsorganica.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at trisha@pawsorganica.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain regions due to shipping limitations, legal restrictions, or risk concerns.
